Alright, I've never started my own blog before, so this should be fun! :) This is mainly a site to post some of my favorite quotes and discuss them! :) YAY!

Hey there! I'm excited you have a blog. I like your idea about discussing quotes, but then I too am a quotes junky. :) My blog is more a journal of my thoughts and struggles, what God is teaching me.
As for the quote, I totally agree. When we seek our own desires it will always lead us away from that which God desires. He blesses and desires our humility. "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise." (Psalm 51:17) In the end, what do we really have to be prideful about anyway?
